About this course
The module on Evidence provides the investigator with exposure to the law and practice behind rules of evidence including current legislation, based on New Zealand law.
It includes terminology and definitions that will help you incorporate your understanding of the theory and law of Evidence with the practical aspects found in other modules in this programme.
As a stand-alone module, it will introduce the reader to the legislation relevant to the rules of evidence.
