The module on Exhibits is an important topic in the investigators learning as it describes the importance of the processes when locating, identifying, handling and storage of exhibits, the ‘chain of custody’ and the role of the officer in charge of exhibits in any investigation.

It will also be of importance to any role that may provide exhibits to another agency in any referral of a case for further action, such as Insurance companies, retail companies, health & safety investigators for example.
